experience..If it's bent, broken or just plain wore out we can probably fix it or make a new one. Weather it's spinning a babbitt bearing on an old manual engine lathe or calculating the heat expansion coefficient of bronze while designing new turbine packing, only experience makes it possible. Experience takes time and with over 40 years of it we've learned a little! Maybe as important, experience has taught us what we can't or shouldn't do!
You can't repair diaphragm hook fits it you don't know what they are or what they do!
You can't program a CNC if you don't have a computer and know what "feeds" and "speeds" are!
